For everyone that had a bad experience, please come back to Taps soon. It has been reopened under new management. The place is... remodeled, it is smoke free and the food is fantastic. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. The bar tenders all have asmile on their faces and can't wait to please the crowd! A deck has been added and is now open. Read more
