The wings and the mozzarella sticks were very satisfying. The Buffalo wings had a good spicy kick. The service was great,... parking was ample. It was very disappointing to watch the game on the smaller TV's. They should spend the money and replacetheir older cloudy view large screen tvs already and make it a complete viewing experience. Well, today we slid right back to pandemic service. I'll give them, I haven't been here on a Thurs in years, but it use to be... that buy one get one was a discount rather than full price and doubling the order... This wasn't explained to me and service wasslow on top of that. Then the server rarely checked in and never brought silverware or napkins until my food day there for 15min... Then since it was easy too many wings for me the to go box they have me was all busted.... Then there manager said theywould give me a discount because off the misunderstanding... They didn't. Wasn't worth arguing. Revisited today in case thatwas a fluke... Bread was hard/stale, and they have no hand towels in the bathrooms evidently (not closing it is great, but putsome paper towels out..), and their toilets tend to overflow.... Then when I tried to redeem some rewards they were magicallyrefunded and not applied but the manager did "fix" this... Shouldn't have been so complicated though.... What is going on withthis place??? We came to eat yesterday at night and we were disappointed with the quality of the food and drinks. We ordered 30 trad wings and... they just threw them into a tray, really messy. As you can tell in the picture you can?t even tell which flavor is which, we hadto pick through them and guess. Some flavors also got mixed and overall very sloppy. Our wings also took a long time and weunderstand that sometimes on a boneless special days boneless wings might take long but we ate traditional and the restaurantwas not too busy at the time we came in. My mom also ordered a Margarita and you can tell they also did it sloppy, it was noteven rimmed, half full, and mostly watery. We understand these are issues of the kitchen and drinks so we do want to clarifythat our server was not the issue. Frito was nice and attentive. Read more
For my first time visiting this location I enjoyed myself the staff was nice the drinks was good and the food wasn't bad.
The wait was supposed to be 20 minutes but only took like five minutes! The waiter and bartenders were amazing. Food was brought... out fast. The drinks were good and everything was perfect. Might be one of the best bww experience I've had and it was probablythe biggest. Highly recommend this place. The only reason I gave it four was because the bathrooms were a little dirty. Read more
I always order from this location and love the take out/pick up service but this particular day 12/26/2021 I received these... pieces of so called boneless wings. They taste as though they were the left over scraps of the batch. Read more
I wanted to give this place another try after having an unpleasant experience in person and with an online order. I decided to... order today through door dash only for the store to give a completely different order then what I ordered. Not only that but thewings that gave me looked like they had already bitten into and were dry. I know it wasn't the delivery person as the bag wastightly closes and stapled. I called the store to politely let them know so that they can be more careful in the future and aman that claimed was the manager rudely said it was not his problem and to contact door dash and hang up the phone. Door dashwas a lot more polite. I added picture to what I received and what the receipt shows the correct order. Please pick a differentplace because this place is just gross.
