Upon making reservations to enjoy a relaxing dinner with my partner.As we were being seated at our table we proceeded to grab... our menus when we were surprised to see that our Menus and table had Frosting of some sort. After they cleaned our uncleanedtable and Menus. I ordered a Chocolate Martini to start with and after one Manager and one Bartender making the drink this iswhat they finally came up with. An over liquored undrinkable chocolate martini with a shot of milk ???????????? Unbelievable!! Ialso ordered an Outlaw Steak with Seasoned Fries and was served unseasoned fries. You NEED to know this place has so many options for vegetarians. There are sides and salads enough to keep you full and happy!... When we came it was very busy. Alex was sure workin! He deserves a million-dollar raise. The food was delicious and worth thewait. You don't really want to go to a restaurant that's not busy. It's been awhile since we've dined at Longhorn and am very pleased with the service and food. The parmesan chicken was great! As... were the wings and the salmon. I stopped in while on a walk with my toddler ( Friday early evening) . The vibe is nice, quiet. It took about almost 10min being... seated to have our server come however he was apologetic and l great once he did! The wings I ordered were PERFECT juicy andflavor on their own without the Ginger sauce which was also good.The steakhouse Mac and cheese was food - bacon didn't reallyelevate the dish though. Request to move tables and crayons were met politely and quickly. The Manager came by to see howeverybody was doing which was a nice customer service feature. Only wish the burger for my toddler has been more juicy - portion size was also huge for kid meal but the broccoli was steamed perfectly! Read more
It was my first time at this location and I was seated immediately. I noticed a lady well groomed with a smile, walking each... table asking how was everything. I later found out it was the manager. That was pleasing to see....Anita personality was verywelcoming. We had issues with our order, however Veronica the manager rectified it immediately.
