Worst experience ever .!! I was there less then 10 min ago and we leave without having our breakfast.. we Drive from the suburbs... to come and eat here because the food is good.. but the service is TERRIBLE?. and is not the first time that we come and havethe same terrible service, but today was the worst.. we ask for a little bit of ice for my coffee and the waiter told me hedon?t have regular cups and if he give me ice in a plastic cup he?s gonna have to charge for it? he was rude and very unpleasant. After 30 minutes waiting for the food he start asking for our food, we told him that they served a table that was there beforeus and his answer was, ?I just took the order, the cookers made the food?. Wrong answer,and we decide to leave. We went topaid and he told the manager the we are leaving because they serve someone before us!!! Witch it wasn?t that the problem? theproblem was HIS service.. the manager says on don?t charge and he responded.. No even the drinks????? I don?t know what does hethink we have to paid beside that? but Yes they charge us for a cup of coffee and and OJ? $11.00. .. we paid and leave?Honestly this people need to take some training on how to run this restaurant? I always come here for the chilaquiles and they are always good. Today, the chilaquiles weren't the best. When we got our table,... our table was sticky, we politely asked the waitress if she can clean our table, she gladly did it, which i appreciate. I alwayscome back to this place because the staff is super nice, and the food is for the most part pretty good. Read more
I love to dine at this restaurant service very friendly and the food is delicious their alcohol drinks are fantastic.
The drinks were ok not something to brag bout the service was ok they were curtious. Well the food tasted plain and dry worst... thing is I got food poisoning from this place lost bout 10 lbs in 3 days... The only thing good was the presentation.. The food is delicious - the shrimp and octopus cooked to perfection smothered in a delicious spicy sauce that's the right amount... of kick. The salsa for the chips it's a bit watery but the flavor is all at the bottom of the bowl with the pulp of the tomatoand peppers. Don Julio Cantarito Deluxe is 32 ounces of excellence. Only disappointment is they were out of the mint for acoconut mojito. I was looking forward to trying theirs. The small order of our meal came with generous slices of buttered ????. Though it?s their ?small? order it was plenty filling for two. The restaurant isn?t too big but they do have both booth andtable seating. No wait time for a Thursday evening dinner.
