The workers at the window are extremely rude and don't know how to listen. Had to repeat my order fives times and they still got... it wrong which was just for a coffee. And then they get mad when you correct them. Very bad service here. Read more

Since they change management this store is so slow and inept, I bought an apple juice and she left me waiting for it, an apple... juice! after a while and seeing her prepare other orders I ask about it, she said I haven't forgotten and went to deliver foodto a table and left waiting some more! Morning crew is horrible. They only joke around and don't pay attention to the customers or the orders they're handing out.... They'll make you pull up in the drive thru to the 2nd pick up window and wait 10 plus minutes to just come and ask what was yourorder. I had to go back after getting home to find out they gave me the wrong bagel sandwich because the one they gave me hadbacon not steak on it and the person who wanted the steak bagel gets ill when they eat pork.
