McDonald's halloween coupons were given to kids and this location has the nerve to tell the kids they don't honor the... McDonald's coupons....like if they cannot give away a dollar item with all the money they make daily. So sad theydisappointed my kids. Rude employees, kept us waiting for almost half an hour in a window. We saw a few employees walk past the first window laughing... and talking not saying a word to us. They eventually called us out on the second window which then we confront them. Then theytold us we were in the wrong window and that there is a sign there stating that.Which was a lie because I have picture proof.They just laughed at us then closed the window with there backs turned around. No wonder why there was a huge line in the drivethru. I will not be going to this McDonald's again. It wasn't like this in the past. Read more
I went in and The women that were there yelled at us told us that there was a sign to pull forward that was not there and I have... proof. apparently none of the other vehicles in front or behind us saw it either because there was a huge line. When Icomplained she gave me my change without the receipt threw the bag of food at us lucky it was close and refused to give me hername. She had black and purple short hair then when I went to get a picture of her the other worker blocked the window with herback so I wouldn't report her. Terrible service. Says the lobby opens at 7AM. Manager literally just looks at me and another black customer waiting to go inside and acts like... she doesn?t see us. All this after the mobile app processed my payment for dine in. Update: 2 Latinos walk up and she letsthem inside. Throw this whole location away. Read more
