McDonald's needs to review their hiring practices. They also need to choose between fixing and coddling their bad employees or... putting their customers first. You CAN'T have both. Either make your business about raising childish workers, or giving yourcustomers a good experience. I had a drive thru attendant yell at me because I asked for no ice and got ice. She blamed me forthe mistake and demanded i pulled up to the next window. I refused, and she was exceptionally unkind. When I went inside totell her manager I was asked to call corporate, because they don't give her the authority to discipline properly. I was informedthat this employee consistently has complaints against her. McDonald's chooses to make "Gen Z" comfortable instead of fire thelousy employees. Read more
I do not really eat MCDONALD'S but because it was Halloween, it was late and we were hungry they were the closet and only spot... still open. The food.... OMG WAS FRESH!!! HOT AND GOOD! I have never eaten MCDONALD'S and the food was freshly hot! I tore itup!!! Lol Read more

I?m surprised they got my order right. My lunch from home was more tasty. They do not put salt on fries, no napkins in bag,... hamburgers were smashed and no try to carry drinks to vehicle.
