I love their Gyros sandwiches, hot dogs & fries. Their hamburgers don't have tasty meat though. I know that they want to keep... their prices reasonable, but better ground beef would really be a game changer for their business. It would be worth a priceincrease. Read more

I have been to Novi’s over 100 times over the years. They are a shell of what they once were. Horrible quality and inflated... prices, even before inflation, have disgraced them. Every time I ate their hot peppers in the last couple of years I have becomeviolently ill. A dish that they once could pride themselves on. It’s such a shame. Higher prices plus going to the washroomand throwing up has diverted me from ever partaking again. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Absolutely disgusting fare. Theyalso have an army of ghost accounts that post positive reviews…..I used to work there… I know. Looking forward to when youclose. Unfortunately the gambling will likely keep you open. You could never go wrong at Novi's. Everything they serve is amazing. Starting with their Italian beefs... Mouth watering and... they are very generous with their portions. Employees: whatever the owner is doing, keep it up. Their employees are so nice andpleasant, from the cooks to the cashier's... Very friendly! Also, the place is always clean. Read more
In this day and age it’s nice to see a restaurant being very liberal in piling on the MEAT! Oh so tasty! They made my beef... exactly how I like it! WOW. This may be one of the best beef sandwiches I have ever had. It is right up there with Al's beef. First time customer... here. The customer service was very friendly. It was only 20$ for a big beef sandwich, huge serving of fresh hot tasty fries,mozzeralla sticks, and a HUGE container of macaroni salad. All of which was delicious. I can't believe I've passed by this placeso many times without even knowing it was there. If you are in the area, I HIGHLY recommend to stop in and grab a beefsandwich. This is Chicago done right!! I didn't like the flavor of the Italian Beef, and the hot peppers reminded me of Al's peppers, which I don't like. Some people... do, so I'm not recommending against trying the beef. It just wasn't a flavor that I liked. I will probably go back to try thegyros, and some other items. Read more
