Went in and ordered a chicken parm sandwich, a pulled pork sandwich and a slice of cheese pizza. Took them like 25 min to get... order out and turns out the pulled pork sandwich was made into a pulled pork slice of pizza. I had the remake the order andtook another 15 min for order to be done. Got home, kids were starving for their slice of cheese pizza and it turns out theygave me a slice of pulled pork pizza instead of cheese. Called the manager and he did comp the order and also gave me a giftcard to go back. Read more
I grew up in south Berwyn and would frequent this place with my friends at least once a week for years (back when it was still a... Bacci location). The quality of the pizza has definitely declined over the last few years unfortunately, and the price hasskyrocketed. I understand rising prices given the difficult inflation environment we are in, but you would think with thesehigher prices they wouldn't switch over to cheaper ingredients. Couple that with the poor customer service interactions I hadthe last few times I visited, and I think I may be done being a customer here. Read more
On 6/29/2022, I ordered an Uber eats order. I come to find out that I was missing my jumbo slice of pizza. I definitely ordered... it because it said so on my receipt. My total came out to $45.94, so I was pretty upset. I call the restaurant to get no answerfrom their phone. Extremely disappointing, but at least the food (that they didn?t forget) was delicious! Pizza wasn?t stored properly. They left it in a metal pan above the conveyor oven. Both slices were legit hockey pucks on the... bottom from how charred they got from the excessive heat. Usually the late night staff double checks however this new persontoday didn?t and by the time I got home they were already closed. Thankfully I know from unfortunate past experiences to ordermore than slices since this usually happens time to time with one slice, if its not the right staff on the clock. However withit being both slices and the amount of time I had to wait as well it needed to be shared so the correct correspondence team atthis location can review accidents like this to their team members. Don?t let this steer you away from trying it out, just makesure you go at a reasonable time or double check when you are still in the lot. Read more
Was there last night with my son and daughter ordered to go. Once I got home and was eating the food I started to notice hair... on my pizza and even more in my beefed up cheese fries. I was beyond disgusted it literally looked like they shaved in mine andmy kids food. It was too much hair for it to be an accidental hair in the food. To me it was purposely put in the food, and whoknows how many other people got the same thing and didn't notice. This was at midnight Sunday the 6th. DO NOT EAT HERE. Being completely honest their pizza is not usually my first pick in the area, but i recently tried their bbq pulled pork slice... and it was fantastic! Great flavors and just an awesome and different slice! Read more

Their pizza here is unique and amazing. The style is phenomenal, the texture is great, and the quality is awesome. Their serving... is very huge, with lots of sauce, overload toppings, and layers of cheese. All of their selection for pizza is amazing! The bestseller is their Factory Special and their Wings. They also offer pasta, drinks, and other sandwiches. If you are looking for agreat place to spend your breakfast or brunch, this place is worth visiting. Bring and tell a friend, they will absolutely lovethis spot. Slice Factory is very huge, the whole place is organized, clean, and nice. The exterior is very simple, but theinterior is awesome, it has a retro vibe and aesthetic. Lots of seating and tables. They also have multiple monitors to promotetheir different products. All of their staff is nice, friendly, helpful, and entertaining. They will actually greet you once youenter the place and even guide you to a vacant spot. All the time you are staying, they will assist you and give you all thethings you need. Such an accommodating staff. Their customer service is amazing. No wonder why a lot of their old and newcustomers are keep coming back again and again just to order their favorite meals and offers here at Slice Factory.
