Completely horrible! 45 minutes today for two drinks and they didn?t even have all the ingredients for mine and my fiancée had... to change her order. Horrible! Severely understaffed. Supply chain and order issues. Multiple call offs on a shift. I literallysee the manager answer the phone three times for call offs and her response was ?hope you feel better for your next shift? and Iasked and she said that is all we are allowed to say to them. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! How ever the store manager and districtmanager are probably at home with their feet up living a great life while the crew suffers! Horrible horrible horrible! Pleasesave your crew, please run your location better! Read more

I was at this location recently on red cup day. Only my second time at this location. Parking and drive thru is not ideal...but... the morning team was amazing. They handled one of the busiest days with grace. Very hardworking and so nice and understanding tocustomers! Everyone was great! Read more

This Starbucks usually takes a while at the drive-through, about 6 minutes per car in line. Today, I decided to walk in and as... soon as I did, I was hit with the smell of a thousand sweaty armpits!! The entire place stinks. I have walked in before and hadnever experienced this. Just thinking about it feels like I can still smell it. The worst part is that at that location thereseems to be a lot of mobile orders so it was taking a bit to catch up so I had to wait a while. I was starting to feel nauseated???? I'm not that weak!! I PROMISE. I've endured quite the stench in my day but I was hungry and hadn't had my coffee ???? soempty stomach and crusty, sweaty armpit filling my nostrils was almost deadly. Honestly, I feel like I can tackle anything afterliving through that. Kudos to today's staff. Working through that can NOT be easy. Read more

I?ve been here 2 or 3 times and the staff is always very friendly and I can tell they work very hard but they are woefully... understaffed. It takes way too long to get a drink (even inside!) They should either make it drive-thru only or walk-in onlyuntil they get more staff. The wait time is borderline unacceptable. It would be much faster to go out of your way to anotherStarbucks and get your drink there. I wish them the best of luck; they truly are very sweet people. Read more

Been in this line for half an hour. I ordered 2 cake pops, two venti frappes & received the 2 cake pops & one drink. Still... waiting on the second drink. There was 4 people standing in there doing nothing until what seemed like the manager went in there& yelling at them. That?s when they began acting busy. drinks are still good Read more

I come here because it is literally on route to work. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a drink that did not even taste great... and had forgotten to add the toppings. This starbucks also has a bad habit of not calling out the names when putting the ordersout. Other Starbucks location perform better. Read more

The coffee is good. I wish they had more help because we can see that all the workers were really hustling. Problem is that... this doesn't allow for the most friendly demeanor since they have no time. Maybe if they had some extra help they would seemhappier and therefore have a happier disposition. I don't blame the workers because at least they weren't rude and the coffeewas spot on. Read more

Overall it was a pleasant online order experience in this Starbucks. They were quick. Their drive-thru service is too crowded. I... can recommend you to use online order from the Starbucks app for not to wait too much. Here is a very good place for pick up andshort visiting. 4-5 seats are available to study..also, you can sit outside. Caffe Misto was good ???? There is free parking infront of the building. Read more
