After our order was 15 minutes late, called the restaurant. The employee who answered the call was incredibly rude, no apology... for the late food, just that her driver just left. The order was incorrect, the food was bland and poorly executed (soggychimichanga). When calling to have the correct food sent, the same employee said she’d send it, but couldn’t give anestimate on time. With so many great Mexican restaurants in the are, don’t waste your time or money with Taco Yo. Read more
The food tastes old and looks like a 2 year old made it. The flautas were patched together by two different packaged corn... tortillas and then fried. They looked like quilted socks with burnt and dry chicken inside of it. The flan was literallyscrambled eggs in syrup. Disgusting. The bottled beverages were good but those were sealed. I am think new workers or owners at taco yo. It use to be good. But last night it was awful and I'm still sick this morning. ... Now they charge extra for cheese and sour cream. The chicken was dry and tasteless and I bite the so call ground beef taco andthrew it away. The presentation was nice but whoever is running now don't know authentic Mexican food. Read more
