I order my good at 5:30pm on sunday evening. Sat down and wait for my order to go. 30 minutes later I ask if my food was ready?... They told me I never ordered? And who took my order?? Omg! I politely said there is only 2 people take orders where is the othergirl?? Any way 40 minutes later I got my food. Its was not a busy time of day. They are both not pay attention ? Or they needbetter training. Terrible experience. Ill never go order food from there again. Taco restaurants are a dime a dozen. If theydon't appreciate my business? Ill spend my money somewhere else! Read more
Phone Ordered approxtely $100 bucks worth of carne en su jugo 1.5 gallons at 6:00pm saying it would be ready at 6:15pm here I am... 6:45pm and the cook saying they barely put the order in and would be another 20min or so. Ridiculous, they didn't attempt torectify. Read more

This place is hit or miss, the chilaquiles are good and have always been the place k would get them from but I do prefer the... main location in cermak va this one. The service when ever I go and food quality is?.concerning??. I understand covid and higherprices but they no longer give you the actual serving of sides, they fill it up less than half way and same with the mainserving item. The Jamaica I got was also old, and not good anymore. Not sure if it?s not checked weekly since it may be a lessselling item but mine was bitter in a this is not good anymore sour milk taste vs sour it needs more sugar. I?m not sure if theyhave been inspected recently, but based on the other comments below with the spoiled tortillas and such I think they need todouble check for sure. El Meson always has great food and service. If you are in the area I recommend getting their bowls, tacos, and chicken flautas.... I recently contracted them for a taco bar (taquiza) in couldn?t have gone smoother. Great experience overall! Read more

I ordered the steak dinner and they gave me TORTILLAS WITH MOLD ON THEM. The steak itself was really salty. THE RICE AND BEANS... WERE COLD. This was a $25 dinner by the way. Avoid this place like the plague. Never again. Read more
I was waiting for a windshield replacement . I had 3 hours to kill...the restaurant had the soccer game on and the food was... fantastic . They waitstaff was very nice and helpful.Overall my early lunch was great. I would go out of my way to come eatthere again. Awesome Read more
