Zero customer service. Took over 17 min. No apology. Didn?t get a receipt. My double meat, double onion, double breakfast... sauce steak egg and cheese looked like they literally just threw it in the bag. They focused exclusively on drive throughcustomers. This McDonalds is consistently horrible. The service is always absurdly slow and the people working seem to feel inconvenienced... by the presence of customers. I was hoping things may have improved after the renovation a couple years ago but nothingchanged. Read more
This McDonald?s has pretty good service and my order is almost always correct. However, I got two Big Mac meals and a 10 piece... chicken nugget (no meal) and my order came out to almost $26. I?ll just go to a place where those prices make sense next time. Read more
I would not have thought to rate a McDonald's but this one was great. We went through the drive-thru and the staff there were... super friendly and very nice. There's not much to say about the food because it's McDonald's. There's rarely any deviation fromthe standard. Great people working there! Read more
Stay clear of this McDonald's! They mess up your order every time and you have to wait forever for them to get your order... right. The staff are rude, slow and clueless. It used to be a bit better before this current manager arrived. He needs to betrained on better customer service or get fired. He has a bad attitude and gets snippy when you tell them your order is wrongand it isn't even your fault. No apologies just more frustration. Your food gets cold as you stand there waiting to be helpedand they purposely ignore you. What turns out to be a quick bite can be an hour long ordeal. This is by far the worstMcDonald's! Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I've been to some bad ones in my life. Ordered drive through for me and my kids, and had... to wait almost 20 minutes for my order. Then, 3 of our 4 orders had mistakes, and the fries were cold. I couldn't even eat mysandwich because despite asking for it plain, they slabbed so much mayo on it that I couldn't wipe it off (mayo makes me gag).My son could only eat half of his cheeseburger because they added a pickle and they make him gag. Got there at 5am with work colleagues ,the doors were locked and we were on foot . The staff was so nice and let us walk up to... the drive through to order and get our food. The staff couldn't have been nicer and made the experience memorable ,plus the foodwas scrumptious !! Read more
Wow. This Mcdonald's consistently forgets items and gets orders wrong, I suppose. I was missing medium fries from a meal and got... a vanilla shake in an order for a chocolate one. Not to mention the fact that I waited 27 minutes for them to hand me thisincomplete order (timed on my watch). I like the location, but I wish there was more consistency here. Read more
