A/C was out or turned off, wifi was not working and pressure washing main entrance. Water under entrance door and floors very... slippery. One "watch your step" sign. Customer drink/ice machine not on or working, no napkins/condiments out for customers toget what they need. Not the BK I grew up with. Sad. Read more

I ordered the 2 cheeseburgers meal. Both burgers were raw and I had to send them back. By the time I got the new burgers,... everyone else was through eating and ready to go. There is no motivation to deliver food at even a reasonable time... I have been waiting for 10min on getting my drink after my... order. As the bagger completely ignores everyone in the lobby and the manager hides in the back and does little to nothing tosupport his team. Went by this morning after a bad experience at a local McDonald's with breakfast in hopes maybe Burger King could do better.... Ordered a simple bacon biscuit. Wound up with a croissant and the man at the window blaming his coworker for burning thebiscuits. Constantly some kind of chaos going on at this store.
