Very sad u have to close 2 weeks early for a remodeling job. It takes yall that long to get all ur tables and chairs out ur... very slow. Well get ready to lose alot of money. I won't be back to this location. If yall are gonna make it hard for peopleto get food with 7 people in ur store working and ur talking about being short handed. Not only did I have to wait 10+ minutes just to get 2 cookies but to my lovely surprise they were overcooked enough to be... mistaken for kettle cooked chips. This is the only location that consistently inconsistent in the food portion of theexecution(my last 2 trips my fries were cold). Gonna be the last time for me. Read more
Well as sad as I am to say this, my wife and I just had a very bad experience here. I brag on chic FIL a all the time but not... this one this time. The service we had was extremely rude and not chicfila like at all. The cashier was great but the littlegirl wearing the red shirt was RUDE, she ignored my wife and I and another man many many times as we asked for refills. I saidexcuse me mam at least I times alone. Hard to believe, but this is an absolute joke. It's literally a half of a burrito. Made an app order and it was completed very... quickly, BUT the eggs were cold and the nugs were cold. I am perplexed how supposedly warm or hot food got so cold so quickly,especially in the wrapper. Read more
I usually love chik fil a, but this one isn't maintaining the chik fil a standards. The staff was unfriendly, my chicken... sandwich didn't taste right, and the bathroom was horribly dirty. In addition to those things, their parking lot is verydifficult to navigate. Read more
I had one of the worst experiences here the manager had an attitude and rolled his eyes. Only 1 of the employees greeted me.... When asked a question they look at you like you?re crazy and doesn?t make you feel welcome. My fries were RECOOKED INSTEAD OFFRESH and when I called no one answered to handle the matter. Love Chick-fil-A, but not this one. Sad to give 2 stars on a place I?d like to rate a 5. I would?ve given 1 star but the... employees seem to be hardworking & diligent. After 20 minutes in the drive thru I left without even getting to the order window.Tried to go inside but that was closed at noon on a Wednesday. Bad management.
