We had a small family reunion there in Bessemer Alabama and the employees were so friendly. My husband talked with someone and... they told him they would definitely would accommodate our party of 10 or 12 people. Our wait was maybe 5 minutes and was seated.Our waitress Deborah G.was AWESOME! She took care of us as if we were her only customer's she had but she had several tables totake care of. She made our little reunion enjoyable. Then we went outside and got to visit with each other for about 5 hours.Thank you Cracker Barrel we will be back hopefully next year. Started out good, was told 20 minutes wait till be seated. Only took 10 minutes. Waiter took our order for drinks and then... food. Then it was 40 minutes later we finally received our order. This is the second time in the last week at 2 differentCracker Barrel that late lunch took 1 1/2 hours. They keep that up and they will not be around long. No reason you should notbe out in 45 minutes. Read more
If only I could give them 0 stars. Sorriest restaurant I know of on the door dash/Uber eats apps. On three different occasions... me and a few friends have ordered from them. They have forgotten a complete order twice and cancelled our order after taking 3hours to prepare it on another occasion. Would not recommend ordering online from them at all. Read more
Great food, great service! Lexis (?) was awesome even though we came in pretty late she still served us with a great attitude... and quality service. Didn?t have chicken tenders but she made a quick recommendation and swapped for something else just asgood! Thanks for help! Read more
Two hostesses standing at the front...both very rude. 45 minute wait, but there were at least 15 tables open. When we asked if... they were short staffed, they said no, they were actually overstaffed. When FINALLY seated, it took another 20 minutes foranyone to acknowledge us. Then 45 minutes for food!! When our food finally arrived, itbwas not what we ordered and was stonecold!! Probably worst experience I've had at a restaurant!! Read more
Only waited a couple minutes to be seated. Got our hot chocolate right away. Took forever to take out food orders. Waitress was... friendly. Food finally comes. Eggs weren't even fully cooked (not safe to eat), forgot to bring the grits, bacon was tastelessand crunchy which I strongly dislike. Over all the cost of the meal is not worth the cost. Also being charged for the part Iasked to be taken off since I didn't order them. This is a horrible first impression and I can easily say it ruins the chancesof me ever going to a cracker barrel ever again around the entire US. Read more
The staff was very friendly. Katy was prompt and attentive. My wife?s chicken and dumplings were much like wallpaper paste. My... mashed potatoes had been on the plate so long they had a hard shell, Fried okra was soggy and tough. Fried catfish was prettygood. Left Katy a $10 tip on a $28 tab. Katy did a great job, but it is a hard never again for the Cracker Barrel. Read more
