I don?t know if the young girl is a manager or just staff but she is remarkable. She?s patient at drive thru and sometimes I see... her at front counter. She makes my drink perfectly every single time a most definitely has improved the quality of the wholestore with her attitude. Corporate should give her a raise the lady with tattoos and piercings. We stopped coming for about 6months and now I will continue to come as long as I see her. She?s always polite even when the store is busy and my daughterloves her, calls her the coffee lady. We used to love going to this location. Up until this week. I have no idea what has happened different, but the line takes... forever now and I usually get my daughter her donuts before school and we couldn?t wait any longer or she would be late. And weleave early to be able to get her breakfast. I hope either the old team can come back or the new employees can learn alongsidethe OGs because something has got to give. What used to be a delicious food option for us in the mornings has very muchdeclined. And we are very dedicated customers. Maybe you guys need some more help. My fiancé stopped by Dunkin? to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. After ordering the sandwich he requested it be cut in half,... in order to make eating it easier while driving. The young lady taking the order immediately, rudely responded, ?I can give youa knife!? When arriving at the window, I asked to speak with the manager. I was told that the manager wasn?t at the store. Ialso asked if it was Dunkin?s policy not to cut sandwiches. The girl at the window stated that it was. If this is true, itwould have been nice to hear that instead of hearing, ? I can give you a knife!? Do better Dunkin. I get there ~650am today. They tell me to hold. No problem. They tell me to go ahead. I say 2 words, then "hold." Not cool. I... repeat "small frozen coffee, butter pecan" multiple times. I get "what, I can't hear u." I start to get aggravated. Small frozencoffee. What flavor? Butter pecan? "We don't have that anymore." It's on your menu board. If u don't have it cover it. And whyask me when u know there's flavors on your menu u don't have? U should've listed the flavors. I get the drink and immediatelyknow something is wrong. In Alabaster they put whipped cream on top. Not here. It feels melted or thin, but the texture isweird. So I'm trying to figure it out. I sip it and it tastes so strongly of coffee. It doesn't taste like that in Alabaster.Finally at McDonald's I realized what was wrong: they blended whipped cream into it. That explains the texture and the thinness.I don't perceive any ice in this FROZEN coffee. I notice there is dark liquid in the bottom of the cup. I only took like 3 sips.I literally have a cup of foam, cost me $3.78. The pic of light brown liquid is the caramel frappe I bought at McDonald's. It iswhat a frozen drink should look like.
