I'm not sure what happen to the way Firehouse Subs was or operated in the past. The customer service is just blah at this... location... I stopped coming to this location a few years ago due to the customer service. I live in the area, so I decided togive it a try- eat something fresh. So I ordered and the cashier says, "We don't have large". My thought was how are you makingsmall and medium, but have no large. Well a customer came in after me, and the cashier accommodated by making a large sandwich -by putting a medium and a small together. I could do nothing, but laugh inside thinking "This is what I get for coming back"Then they were out of some toppings and a medium box to put my medium sandwich in. As I sat waiting on my sandwich, that I nowregretted ordering, I see one of the employees behind the counter touch her face and the other touch her hair twice. I justdon't know what happen to the Firehouse Subs that I really liked, because of the cool and welcoming atmosphere.
