Very disappointed!!! I eat a Jack's for breakfast all over central Alabama and have never had biscuits as bad as these. I... ordered a single biscuit and gravy and order of hash rounds. The biscuit was so hard you couldn't cut it with the fork providedand the hash rounds were over cooked. I will never be back to this location. Read more
Stopped in for a quick bit to eat before going on the road. My burgers was cold, tea tasted like it had been sitting for about 2... days, and the window people were not friendly at all. I asked for 2 honey mustards and was even willing to pay. I did not getthem and when I asked the lady through drive through if they had put them in there she said yes without even checking to makesure. Glad I didn't pay for them. And on top of it, in the fast food you are not to have the fake long finger nails and hair isto be pulled back which was not the case at all there. When this location first opened, I went by for a burger to go I would say a week after opening. The burger was so dry I think it... was cooked the day before. First time here, It was alright. We stopped for breakfast. the biscuits where warm and filling. The meat inside was a bit... limited. I wouldn't call it a 1:1 ratio meat to biscuit. The hash browns where a little stale or they used old grease. The staffhad a poor attitude the girl at the window had swollen eyes like she was up all night and didn't want to be there at all. That 2 piece white never fails me. It's always fresh and hot! The staff are always nice and polite as well.
