Just sat in drive threw for five minutes pull around 2 ppl out back smoking 1 in the lobby on her phone and they have the store... closed... It's 2:15 what is going on, that's horrible edit I just waited 15 minutes and watched all these cars drive off just tofinally get someone at the window. Either the owner should reach out to me or I'll find a way to contact them. This is wild I'dbe firing my crew this is poor place for customer service I understand breaks but when WVERYONE takes a break and ignores thecustomers that's not acceptable I've worked plenty fast food to know! You can only place an order thru the drive-thru. There were not ANY pizzas ready, no wings, no bread sticks. I ordered, paid for... my food and was instructed to drive around the building and someone would bring the pizza to the car. I waited more than 20minutes. When I arrived home, I bit into the pizza and parts of the crust and sausage was not completely cooked! The crust wasmushy and greasy! I had to put the pizza into the oven to finish cooking it. I would give this 0 stars if I could. We drove to LC, only to be told for the 2nd or 3rd time that they ?can?t? make the deep... dish that day. Terrible. Did an online order, went at the correct time. Had to wait in drive through 30 minutes. The doors were locked, there... were 6 employess that we saw mostly standing around.
