Their food is good. The service at this location, especially for pick up when ordered online, needs work. 4 gals up front... tonight, nobody in the place, and they couldn't manage to actually get my curbside order out. After 15 minutes from checking inI went in to get it. I had also tried to call before that but the line goes to offering you options and then saying no one isavailable and try again later. Went in for take out and they forgot my sides. Also the order takers werent very friendly more like robots and not chatty at all... and I asked what was the difference between the McAllister club and the Memphian sandwich and she said she didnt know what icould see was that the Memphian had Roast Beef as well. Had she known her menu better she could have told me that the Memphianwas a sub not a sandwich.....which by the way was only a 6 inch and over 10 bucks i dont care if Emeril Lagasse made it himselfwith caviar on it. Im not trying to pay $10+ for a 6 inch sub. Im mostly ok with their prices but this was ridiculouslyoverpriced.. Read more
Always awesome food and service. The mobile app is surprisingly useful compared to most restaurants. I love the tableside... service that lets you to totally avoid the front counter and any line standing. Just walk in, sit down and order on the app.Kid's menu is a big hit with young ones and only around $5 per meal. I know this may be controversial, but McAllister's has thebest sweet tea anywhere. My granddaughters go here all the time. I never tried it because I am gluten free and didn't know if they had anything I could... eat. I tried it today and they have several gluten free options. The veggie spud is awesome and huge. A great little eatery withgood food at reasonable prices. Read more
The taste of the smoked turkey, black forest ham and Angus roast beef, and provolone on the Memphian sandwich was beyond my... imagination. It was full of flavor and freshness. The cheese and broccoli soup was creamy and cheesy. The chicken saladsandwich was bold and seasoned. Read more
Very disappointed in my experience here. I was allowed to sit out in the car for over 30 minutes waiting on my food only to have... to come in and get it myself. Lady behind the counter was extremely rude and hateful acting as if I was an inconvenience in herday. She said I was impatient and I showed her the receipt where I had placed the order for the sandwich 45 minutes previous shejust said something nasty into her breath and walked off. When I opened up both sandwiches they were not prepared as we hadordered them and had been sitting for what look like the entire 45 minutes. The bread was so soggy I couldn't even pick it up.Parts of my order were missing and they forgot the drinks. After the way we were treated we just gave up and cut it as a lossand went home. We usually have wonderful service here possibly it was just an off night for the employee that was assisting us.It was not busy there was one customer in the dining room so I know that it couldn't have overwhelmed them because it was veryslow.
