Went for breakfast and they gave my roommate his food and left mine out completely even though they charged me for it without... giving a receipt. EDIT: Tried another breakfast trip in November 2022 only for them to cover my plain bacon biscuit in cheese.Seems like breakfast is a poor time to visit this location. EDIT 2: Tried coming in at dinner time to pick up an order. I gotgiven my fries but they took my money and gave me nothing else. They kept claiming my order code on my receipt was invaliddespite having the order number, info, and address, and when one decent employee (thank you for trying Dede) tried to help theywere moved to the back until I gave up and left. Seems like this will be strike 3 and I will look for another McDonald's sinceonly a handful of employees care about the customer here. Read more

Very slow rude service!! Took forever to get through the drive through because they?re running their mouth taking their time... bagging people?s food. Got my food and paid for a medium fry and got a small fry. They didn?t fill it up all the way. My smallfry was an extra small fry and the fries weren?t cooked all the way and food was cold! Read more

Service was a tad bit slow however it did look like they had a staffing shortage. I must say though that the young lady running... the register and front area was OUTSTANDING. She apologized to everyone for the wait and kept us informed. She bagged and handedeveryone their orders with a smile and kept it professional the entire time. Food was fresh & HOT. The other employees weregreat they all worked well together. It was between 7:50-8:10a on 10/12/2022 so GM make sure to give your employees a big KUDOSfor excellent customer service!!! Read more
The employees could be a little more friendly and courteous to patrons. I know that being at work isn't the most fun thing to do... but at least try to be pleasant while doing it and maybe the shift will go by faster Read more
Worst McDonald's I have visited. I made a mobile order and parked in the designated spot. After about 15min. I went inside to... check what happened. There were 2 employees that I could see. The first was sweeping and the second was peaking out around theback. I explained I had a mobile order and the guy sweeping stopped and started bagging the food asking me what I had. My orderwas 2 orders of chicken nuggets and 3 orders fry's he dropped the fry's in for about 30 sec. Then started scooping them withoutany seasoning. The chicken nuggets were cold and undercooked. Man they must have been having an awful day or something, Pleasedo something about this location! Read more
Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru before I gave up. 15 minutes waiting at the speaker. Numerous other people left before I... did. It was just before 4pm so it wasn't due to the dinner rush. I only went their for my grandkids, I give up on McDonald'sforever. It would be quicker and cheaper to go anywhere else and stop by a dollar store for a junk toy. Read more
