We order ahead via app so that the food is ready when we arrive. It doesn?t matter. Management at this store has decided not to... begin preparing the order until the customer arrives and let?s an employee know that they are there for a mobile order. I?veasked. It?s ridiculous and defeats the *entire* purpose of a mobile app. What is the point of ordering through the app if yourfood isn?t prepared until you get to the store? The employees here were extremely nice and helpful! They greeted everyone who walked through the door. I have a family of 6, and... when my order was ready an employee immediately brought our food to us! The food was de-li-cious! Fresh and hot! I ordered a 2 piece chicken finger combo with honey mustard, apple pie, and a sweet tea. They rung me up for a 3 piece combo.... Didn?t get any sauce, fries are as dark as the chicken and taste like the oil hasn?t been changed in 2 months, the tea isunsweet, overall spent $13.24 on food that?s not worth the time of throwing away. Had high hopes for Milo's..disappointing at best..was a bucket list type of thing..food was nasty and cold..the only good thing... as usual was the tea...not worth the trip to the ensley location..gonna give it one more chance at a different location..hopeit's better.. Read more
My pie was over cooked until all the filling cooked out. Only 3 nuggets out of 5, fries cold. Very disappointing visit.
Came here after one of the Crimson Tide games. I wanted to try this place because this chain is based in Alabama. Upon walking... into the restaurant, the floor was super super wet and almost everyone slipped. One dude slipped so bad he was running in placefor 10 seconds like an episode of Wipeout and he threw his phone halfway across the restaurant. Anyways I ordered theCheeseburger with Fries. Both were pretty solid, the fries were a thicker cut of wavy fries, I personally am not the biggest fanof the thick cut. The Sweet Tea was really good too but tons of sugar. Read more
