I will NEVER order from Papa John's again. We ordered pizza last Thursday and it was a terrible experience. I ordered at 5:30... and it wasn't delivered until 8:30. The pizza took 3 hours to be delivered. No apologies or anything. I even called and hour anda half after I placed the order, since they said it would be delivered in an hour, to check the status of order and it was stillin the oven. No apologies or explanations. I also ordered extra sauce on the pizza and there was no sauce on it. It was coldwhen it was delivered and we couldn't eat it. DO NOT order from this location. Read more
Getting worse.. I mean, if you are ok with long delays even after your order status shows "out for delivery" and receiving cold... pizza.. then they are fine. Would be nice is order status at least showed the delay Read more
If you've not tried the gluten-free pizza. It's delicious.
It shouldn?t take and 1 hour and 20 minutes for delivery on a week night when we are 3.7 miles from the store. This is why we... normally order from Marcos. I love Papa John?s, but won?t be buying from this store again. Read more
We ordered a large the works, no black olives and no mushrooms and we ordered a small cheese pizza. Both original crust. There... were black olives and mushrooms on the pizza. Both were overcooked and needed more cheese. Very dissatisfied with the pizzas.They were not worth the $35.00 paid. I believe the quality of Papa John's is declining. Read more
We ordered two pizzas and literally 2 hours later got the pizzas and they were cold. We did not get the drink we ordered or the... extra sauces. We tried to stop the driver and let him know but he took off. We called the store and told them hoping they couldcall him and have them bring it right back. They then call back about 10 minutes later and tell us they are out of the drink weordered and so we tell them a different one. We never got the drink or extra sauces. Worst experience we have ever had withordering pizza. Will not order from this location again. Sucks too because we love Papa John?s. Read more
