Surprisingly good breakfast burrito with jalapeños and tomatoes. French toast sticks were fresh. Service was prompt.
They would have gotten 5 stars but my fries was not hot and that's not sonics I'm use too will try again soon see if it's better
Pushed red button waited ten minutes no one took my order then went through the drive through and got order finally, the food... was awful, my daughter's corn dog wasn't even cooked properly the hot dog was cold on the inside, i called the manager tocomplain about it and she asked me how long has it been since i ordered it and i told her i just ordered it five minutes ago,she apologized and offered to fix another one but at that point wasn't even worth it i didnt want to waste my time going back,we were just traveling through and needed something to eat. Terrible!!! First, nobody came over the stall speaker to take our order then we went to the drive thru to order 2 milkshakes. We... were there for 30 minutes. The girl at the window was super rude. I told her "thank you" she didn't respond and slammed thewindow. Their we're several cars that came to the stalls and left while we were there, nobody took there order. Read more
Sonic went through the drive thru for breakfast the guy says "we're not open" so I asked "do yall not open at 7?" He never said... anything else. I pull to the window and he's just standing there with his back to the window. There were cars behind me whopulled around and said nobody even came over the speaker to say anything. He was really rude. If there was a staffing issue heshould have come over the speaker and said "I'm sorry we don't have a cook at this time" or whatever the issue was and then justput a note up while he tried to get it straight. Tried to order a large and small milkshake. Person on the order started putting it in correctly, then erased it and asked if we... could say it again, then rang up the large milkshake as the wrong flavor, when we tried to correct it, they slurred out thewords "we don't have large" after asking why they are ringing up a large if they don't have it, they slurred some gibberish wecouldn't understand and we left. They honestly sounded like someone on heroin when they spoke. I hope that's not the case, butit was an unpleasant and frustrating experience all around. Read more
girl taking drive thru orders was the rudest person i?ve ever encountered in my life. then get to the window and she?s still... being rude? food was wrong? was told couldn?t take partial cash payment and that we should?ve said something when we wereordering? how would we know that this doesn?t work when it?s always worked? if she didn?t want to work there she didn?t have to.taller heavyset black woman/or young adult not sure with locs.
