It was just okay. Customer service not bad. But not outstanding. Food is rather expensive even for fast food. It didn't take... forever to get our order but it wouldn't make u think Usain Bolt either. Read more

I can not believe that taco bell over changed my wife for four burrito supreme with no onions and two larger Pepsi and on top of... it all they was super rude to me when I picked the order up . The order was about 22.50 but so how they get her for about 40dollars . So we will be talking to the store manager in the morning about this and they did not give us a receipt to show whatwe ordered . So everyone check your cards if u eat at this place Read more
That was the worst experience I ever had with taco bell. I was rushed to finish my order as she continued asking what to drink... and never offering any suggestions to help me to get my Grandson's order completed, who is 8, he only wanted chicken andcheese chalupa $5 Box order. She continued to rush me through, and that order end up being $9 not ìnc?uding my order , and there was no line behind me so finally got to the window to pay and pick-up orders , and got some burrito order with beans andeverything. Went back to the window to explain to them Ì did not order this and all she was " that's not what you said", andproceeded to ask her to exchange this order, but she said Ì would have to place a new òrder, and ended up paying a total of$30 that day. We walked in the door to order. There was only one other customer inside. The lady up front possibly the manager looked at us... and said "The restrooms are closed!" We looked at each other because we hadnt said anything about using the restroom. Then themanager said "If you are going to order, use the kiosk." We started placing our order but the man waiting was given his order.He told the lady "Thank you." She scoffed in reply to him with a firm mm. Not an uh huh or your welcome but just a disgustedsounding mm. We decided to cancel our order and leave. The place was empty. This was our first and only time there. We won'tgo back and definitely won't recommend it to anyone else. The rudeness was uncalled for. The employees were all silent exceptfor the lady who talked to us. I work in a customer service type industry. This is not the way to do business. Of course it'snot her business so she possibly doesn't care. Read more
