At it's height, this Waffle House was average. Average servers w/ average attitudes & average work ethic. Nothing special but... not terrible either. Recently, that standard has plummeted. Locally, the only establishment worse than this one is theMcDonald's next door. Thank God for Mickey D's. Lately, it's either been bad, slow or cold. On good nights, it's been all 3.Tonight, however, was the cherry on top. Empty parking lots equal empty dining rooms. And soon I understood why it was soempty. As I pulled into the parking place in front of the entrance, I notice one of the employees moving rather briskly towardsthe front entrance as well. But, he wasn't there to thank me for choosing WH. Not at all. Instead, he was letting me know itwould be at least 30 minutes before my order would be ready due to the fact I arrived during "shift change." LOL. Weellll, yasee, I hadn't even ordered yet. In fact, I had barely stepped out of the car. Hand probably still on the door. Shift change?Really? Wow! I could spend more time on this but I think you get the picture. Don't stop here. The employees are lazy.Ungrateful. And would rather stand behind the counter & stare at the highway than serve you. That's just a fact. I've beeneating at this locale for 7 months now & it's gone from bad to worse to awful. It should be called the "Garbage House."Identifying it as a Waffle House is near sacrilege. But hey, the parking is fantastic. Automobiles love it. Wide open spaces.Plenty of attention. In fact, all the attention. You'll never have to worry about your car being "bumped into." Worst place to go after 10 pm , I told her please make sure chicken is not overcook and they gave me half cook chicken ( not... even half cook I would say they put chicken on grill for 10-15 sec and put it on bowl. Read more
Came in for breakfast and the cashier at the register was VERY nice and professional, however when we asked a question regarding... the substitution of an item the cashier didn?t know so she asked (who I assume was a manager) the other ?lady? responded verydisrespectfully to the cashier as well as us. It was so uncalled for! I will never return to this location solely because ofthat rude individual. I could not see her name tag but she had on a very old , stiff and dry wig and blue contacts. I am a regular at this waffle House I had to enjoyable experience the food was phenomenal it looked amazing. And my servers NJ... and Deedee were polite charismatic brought me all my food hot and ready just a wonderful experience. Read more
Our food was cooked great, the server who took my order and checked me out was great! We will visit this location again.
Nice server..nice cooks our food was great..but yall know waffle house be having them prison cooks ???? get ya right.
Normally a wonderful experience. Bad decision this Father's Day. Waitress acted like a triple order of hashbrowns all the way... and a pecan waffle was the end of the world. I asked 2 questions, "Do you serve French Toast?" because my wife asked me and Ihonestly didnt know l, and asked "are any fruit toppings for the waffle?" Now, this was a take out order and I wasn't offered amenu or anything. Also, a total of two small parties and 1 person at the counter, so they weren't busy. I normally love thislocation and go out of my way to this location. Service was terrible, hashbrowns were the wrong size, a grand total of 1 pieceof tomato, 5 small cubes of ham, 4 jalapeno peppers, and also under cooked. Never again. Usually there is more than I can eat ina triple order A.T.W., but this is terrible. Read more
I purchased 2 Texas cheesesteak sandwiches with double hash browns one with ham and cheese and a Texas cheesesteak bowl with no... onions? I asked for the hash browns to be cooked light and the were burned to a crisp I got home and open the container and wentto eat and flipped them over and all burned so the phone says you no longer take call in orders so this is why I put this herebecause I threw true hash browns away I could only eat part of my sandwich I had gastric surgery so the light hash browns werepart of what I was going to eat the burn to a crisp would tear my stomach up??.so a waste of my money.
