I haven't been to this particular Zaxby's in over a year because of the quality of service I got. Well after all that time it... hasn't gotten better, somehow it managed to get worse. The counter staff are completely lacking in any customer service skillsor training apparently. There were several people that had already placed their order and waiting. One gentleman was arguingwith what appeared to be a manager about his order being wrong, she just got tired I guess and walked off. I waited at theregister for 10 minutes before someone finally came to take my order, and by this time at least 10 more people had walked inwaiting as well to order. After having to repeat the order a few times to the cashier, she finally managed to enter itproperly. After about another 10 minutes my order number was called only for me to get to the counter and the 2 employeesstanding there had their backs turned. I waited a minute before I just said out loud did you call order 80? one of the girlsturned around, I repeated what I said, she starts looking at the orders sitting in front of her and can't find it. Anothercustomer standing there said they did call out #80. After her looking around for 2 or 3 minutes she managed to figure out whichone it was. I get to the table with my order, no napkins, no sauce. I go back up to the counter once again but after a minuteof standing there and no acknowledgement from anyone I just gave up. The drive thru employee is very rude. A few days ago I was waiting in the drive thru line and I saw her yelling at the costumer.... This time she yelled at me. The way she talks is not clear and when you ask to repeat she start to yelling furiously. It ishumiliating and unacceptable. This happened in the night period, both times. Read more

Drive thru employee was beyond rude from the start, and when I had to speak louder, being in the passenger seat, she got an even... bigger attitude, to the point that I did not even order anything for myself, for fear of tampering. My sister and I, includingour young children, where all blown away by her unnecessary attitude. Also, her hair almost reached the floor, and her fakeeyelashes were so long, I have no idea how she could see, which I wondered if it would affect sanitation in general. Meh. Nothing terrible but nothing outstanding. Food wasn't bad but it wasn't good. Service was pretty good I suppose but not... super. Prices are little high for a fast food chicken joint. Zaxbys is known for exorbitant prices with average food overalland cute little menu items such as the 'House Zalad.' Or, the ubiquitous, 'Chicken Zalad.' This location is a joke. I arrived at 8:57pm and ordered 2 grilled salads and was quoted a 10-minute wait due to chicken needing... to be grilled. 20 minutes later I?m walking inside because I?ve yet to receive my food. I Requested a refund for theinconvenience and instead of offering up the salads that were already made at that point, the manager Taylor says they can offer?one or the other but not both.? I proceed to ask what would be done with the salads since they?re about to close, and she says?they?ll be thrown away.? Their managers need a quick lesson on customer service; this service was unacceptable anddisgraceful. Never order because once we got there, chose a table and had to clean it Then went to the front to order and 5 workers stood in... the back looking at us as if we were interrupting their conversation ... 5 minutes later we just left. The girl at drive thruwas walking over as we were leaving but her drive thru line was too long to try to help us. Yet the 5 in the back including ashift leader were still in full conversation.
