We ordered our food and received our food quickly. I used the restroom and a worker came in behind me and used the the... restroom and he walked out without washing his hands and when I came out he was back in the kitchen. This is our go-to fast food in Bethalto. It is a bit healthier than the others and the food is consistent. If you haven't seen... the new interior, it is pretty amazing how they transformed the old Arby's into something new and very nice. On my last visitthe GM and the owner were working and it was like a precision machine - polite, clean and quick. Which is what you want fromfast food, right? And they are going to start serving a Waygu beef burger soon, so what else do you need? Go to the BethaltoArby's - you won't be disappointed. Read more
$35 order. There was mass confusion about our order. I assume she was new. Had it repeated and corrected 3xs including at the... window. Ok. No problem. Then shorted a fry. I absolutely loved that sandwich that has the ribs in it... but you never have it, despite it being advertised. Arby's is... really good food but damn is it expensive. What makes it worse is this location literally ALWAYS messes something up. Evenwhen it was the manager at the window, my order was still messed up. Super frustrating that it costs so much money yet nevermatches what I paid for. The people working are nice, it's not like they're rude or anything, so I'll give 3 stars, but theyreally need to start verifying the orders are correct before sending it out the window. Read more
Missing food. Rang up food separately instead of in a combo, so I got charged way more. Food was NOT worth the price. Fries were... cold (mind you we had to pull up & wait for those specifically). French dip sandwich was smashed & bun was hard. Staff wasbeyond rude. I asked for BBQ sauce & I must of asked for it on a stand up comedy stage since all they could do was laugh in themic. All the while not one but TWO managers on site. Went inside to get missing food & got stared at until finally one of themanagers said "I think he's missing something from his order".
