Drive through pickup order. 5 people walking around but no one comes to window they look and ignore. Poor service
7/16/22 Great job again, Domino's. Hot, quick, crispy thin crust. Perfect. And Kyle delivered quickly and professionally. Four... weeks ago...Ok, Bethalto Domino's...my order today? Absolutely delicious and perfect right down to the soft and chewy pillows ofdeliciousness (Aka parm bites)! I don't particularly love pizza so I don't order often. I have had some issues (who hasn'tduring these crazy times), but I keep trying again. Thanks for perfection on this order. I picked up a pizza and the bread twists Saturday early evening and it will be my last time at Dominos. The pizza box was... grease soaked, actually looked like it was pulled from the trash and reused. The sausage pizza (medium) had a total of 5 piecesof sausage, and a hint of cheese. The bread twists, 4 of them looked fine the other 4 were so small and appeared to be madefrom scraps. This was extremely dissappointiing. The last four times we have ordered we have had issues 3 out of 4 times. Two times I had to walk to the neighbors house to pick... up my order because the couldn?t figure our how to get to our house (directions along with signs were given at the time ofordering). Currently, I ordered a medium pizza going on 3?yes 3 hours ago. It?s been in ?quality check? for an hour and a half.I?ve been on the phone for 30 minutes on hold waiting for ANYONE to answer my call. You can?t leave a review until the order isdelivered (which it currently says waiting on driver to pick up and 52-62 minutes. You can?t cancel the order because no onepicking up the phone. I completely understand everyone is short on help?but pick up the phone!!! Read more
Every time I order from here there is a problem! I?m not sure who the manager is, but this place is lacking. I have received bad... salads( the lettuce is brown and wilted) I have received the wrong items, I even called in a order waited over a hour to be toldthe order was never put in. This last time I paid for dipping sauces but they were not in the order, and my thin crust pizzawas black(burnt) all around the edges on one side. I picked up at the drive thru and even left a tip????. I have called andcomplained several and I am told sorry.???? Read more

I love the fact I can order and pay on the app. Then drive in and it is ready. No 45 + min wait like Caseys
