Terrible service! No one greeted us when we walked in and the person who was going to prepare our sandwiches said nothing at... all! When my husband told the totally unfriendly cashier that we wanted combos(sandwich, chips and drink) he paid and picked upour bags. I asked the rude woman what size cup we should take and she said that we didn't ask for drinks. She only charged usfor sandwiches and chips. My husband told them what he thought of their lack of service and it was obvious they could care less.We WILL NOT ever eat at the Bethalto Subway again and we live in Bethalto. Just horrible!
