Terrible service! No one greeted us when we walked in and the person who was going to prepare our sandwiches said nothing at... all! When my husband told the totally unfriendly cashier that we wanted combos(sandwich, chips and drink) he paid and picked upour bags. I asked the rude woman what size cup we should take and she said that we didn't ask for drinks. She only charged usfor sandwiches and chips. My husband told them what he thought of their lack of service and it was obvious they could care less.We WILL NOT ever eat at the Bethalto Subway again and we live in Bethalto. Just horrible! Bethalto Subway is hands down the best! The ownership + management are the nicest people. The staff is trained to always help... and make sure the customer is happy. If you have an issue, you can just tell them and they work hard to correct it for you! Thefood is always fresh & the food line always looks clean and well kept. Unfortunately, you can?t say that about all subways. Ialways leave happy. Thanks for being awesome. Read more
I was very disappointed with my service. I was served by a girl named Annabel. She seemed very rude and rolled her eyes every... time I ordered something, not to mention there was a very strong smell of pot coming from her I?m not sure what?s going on atthis subway but I won?t be coming back. 4 people working. Only one young lady making sandwiches tonight. One cashier who doesn?t know what?s going on and 2 in the back... having a fun time listening to music. Ridiculous. Waited very long.
