My pizza was not done all the way and it has too many toppings. I didn't ask for extra and it's not appetizing when everything... falls off soggy dough. There's too much on it that not even crisping it worked. Very poor and disgusting. Way too much grease aswell. Read more

Went for a Hot and Ready and surprise was not Ready, had to pull over and then remind the cashier what i ordered. I understand... most a high school students, however having someone handle customer service when their neck is covered in hickeys is justtacky! Read more
Sunday August 28th 2022 8:00pm order a fancy pepperoni and a 3 meat and this was my 3 meat pizza on came out a 2 meat. Also... asked for wings and they weren't making anymore for the night. Mind you 2 hrs before closing Read more
Absolutely livid. It took 30 minutes to get this instead of the 10-12 they quoted. Then, they hand me the wings container which... I can feel absolutely zero warmth from. I confronted them about it and they assured me they were fresh from the oven. They saidthey could re-make fresh ones but it'd be an additional 15 mins so I said no I'd just take them. I get home literally 5 minuteslater and open the box, they are completely COLD. As shown in the picture, one pizza was totally saturated in grease and theother pizza which I paid extra sauce for had hardly any. The biggest waste of $28. After sitting at the Menu for 8 minutes, I managed to arrive at the window. No one was there for another 5 minutes. Now, after... waiting someone appears to relay my order then proceeds to let me know that they do not have my order. I ask, so what are youtelling me? She replies, " we have it in the oven. I can ring you up and you will need to pull up and wait for another 4minutes. Here's the kicker, I look down at my receipt and my order is incorrect!!! Mind you, I was pulled to the side at 5:53pm.It is now 6:06pm and counting!! I wish, I would have not paid until they had my order completed and correct. Ordered at the speaker box, no one was in front of me so was able to pull right up?. Waited 13 minutes for someone to come to... the window to get my money, a few minutes later they gave me my change and a minute after that my pizza. Got home (1 mile away)and not only did my kids fight over the size of the extremely uneven slices but I also had to get a knife and finish cuttingthrough this cold pizza. Read more
