One of the few remaining McDonald's in the Oklahoma City metro that has a Play Place that's actually open! Been here a long... time; I used to take my kids here when they were little; my youngest niece had her 4th or 5th birthday here back in the early90's. Now my kids are taking the grandkids here . . . Great place to take the kids when it's too hot, too cold, too rainy, toowhatever, so they can some play, get a bite to eat, have some fun, and make some memories. The food is -- McDonald's . . . youknow what you're getting. The service is typical McDonald's, too. The neighborhood is getting a little rough, however . . .keep an eye on your kids, and the other kids there too. Read more
Easily the worst McDonalds in the OKC and Surrounding area. Eat McDonalds more than I should but this one is awful. Sweet tea is... always gross. Burgers are dry. Fries are hit or miss. Workers don?t speak very good English. Always forget something or messyour order up. It?s the closest to my house and it?s the worst one I?ve ever been to unfortunately. Read more
I came in to this place to have breakfast with my girls first of all there was nobody in line but there was a mother and... daughter standing to the side as tho they were waiting on an order we told the lady at the register that we wasnt quite ready sothe lady that looked like she was waiting on food jumps in front of my children and and and starys to order as though we werenot just standing there the employee says nothing at all like she was here first nothing so when they are finally finished i goup to place my order and the employee was no where near as nice to me as she was to the lady in front of me i was even niceenough to say thank you and she says nothing no your welcome nothing so when she hands me my food i say thank you again and iget back the most sour your welcome ever now i have been to places where the people are rude but in this store if u dont speakspanish then u are not treated like the ones that do speak spanish i will never come back to this rude racist location if u workif you work in customer service they you dont get to pick n choose who you are going to be nice to and who your not never againwill i come here and im not going to learn spanish so that i can get great customer service if u dont speak spanish. The drive thru moves quick when you pay zero attention to what you're doing. This sandwich is missing a slice of cheese and the... mustard packets requested came in the form of red sweet tomato paste clearly labeled ketchup. Def not mustard. Read more
My experience today!! Sucked! Waited in the drive thru for over 20mins and then was told to pull up and wait another 3-4 mins... for my food! Where I waited another 6 and finally went in and got my own food!! Definitely different staff on the weekend vsthrough the week!! Rude/awful service! Read more
If you want to experience a dystopian type environment this is the place for you! You're welcoming committee comes in the form... of a kiosk where you can confusingly and frustratingly order your food. Just to get it and it's cold. While enjoying your coldnuggets and cold french fries you can almost count on the suspicious staff expecting you to try to con them out of an extradrink. Old milk dried in the play area with food trash and drinks. I had to talk to 3 people to be ignored to the point of calling the... store. I was willing to clean the play area! Look as a parent don't let your kids go up with food. Being lazy isn't your rightto be unsanitary. All kids love play areas don't be the reason we loose them. Read more
