We ordered pizza a few days ago and 2 hr wait for delivery and when we picked up our pizza they gave us the wrong order
So I ordered a family box, took way to long to deliver first off, when my food finally did arrive the chicken looked and tasted... like it was 2 days old and the sauce was ice cold. The pizza was seriously under cooked dough was raw in the middle and toppingswere cold. Bread sticks hard as a rock and the marinara sauce was sour. Don't eat here people. Updated: Oct 12th,2022 1 ? Still. Upon walking in I was never greeted nor did the worker sitting at the table (on or off work)... never alerted anyone to me needing to order. After 3min of wait time. I ordered the Detroit Style Pizza, and.... 1st thecrust was not proofed! 2nd the pizza was made out of order - big pep on top, small on bottom, no thank you. 3rd The Weak Saucetaste Really Cheap and not OG Sauce, No Favor or Sweetness. 4th The Cheese is not the Same quality as b4, it taste like Goudaand cheap mozzarella. ( It doesn't melt correctly or taste right) Pizza Hut Used to be my Favorite Place since Childhood. Pizza was delicious but not hot. Will never order on app again. Time for arrival way off but sure as heck had me put in gratuity... on the order. If I'm late for delivery I get charged $100. So why the hell did I advance tip a driver over $5 fir being over 1/2hr late?? Excuses are like ... everyone has one. Read more
Twice now this store has not delivered our order! The first time we ordered here they got it wrong. They said they were going to... send a replacement that we didn't ask for. It never showed up. We have tried to order 2 more times since then. The lady on thephone was beyond rude, said our porch light wasn't on which was a lie and then said it was undeliverable and hung up on me. Ihave a clear open paved path to my door... a table to set the pizza on even... light on.... what the heck? This place is beyondunprofessional and undependable. Read more
Ordered pizza, apparently Manager was doing deliveries, which is weird because I don't think managers are allowed to even... receive tips. Never received my order or a refund. Never had issues with any other pizza place finding my location, will nevereat from any Pizza Hut again, these people are thieves. If I don't hear from someone soon abouy my money I'm reporting Fraud. Read more
Ordered a pizza at 7:25 p. Was told 20 min pick up. Sat in line in drive thru till 8:30 p. Asked to cook pizza a little longer... on original order. Pizza came to me like toast. Hamburger meat so dry it looks like mushrooms. Im ashamed of you guys. Read more
Good hot food was expecting an hour and a half delivery time for the time of day it was here in 30 minutes and the pizza was... still sizzling my order of barbecue wings came in several short made the phone call to the store within another 30 minutes theyhad replaced an eight count with a 16 count at no charge thank you for giving me my values worth and I hope your 2 deliverydrivers get a decent tip Read more
