This is the worst Scooter's. Maybe I have high expectations after living in Bellevue where Scooter's was started and they always... made the experience great. Every time we come here, the employees seem rude and lazy. They don't pay attention to your order, ifyou ask for no whip, you get whip, and if you ask for whip, you don't get it. If you try to ask questions or have them add yourpoints, they say they can't or just close the window in your face. I don't know why I keep giving them additional chances. Yesterday order 2 med and 1 large. Asked her if the large was a large. She said yes it's a large but is the same size as a med!... Went today price was 7 something. And she gave me 10 and some change. What is going on. Never had a problem but has been for thelast few days! Read more
Doesn't have the "variety" like starbucks but their drinks are always HOT (or cold) and oder is always right and in point resh.... Their Maple Waffle Sandwich is THE BEST! their food is always piping HOT! Read more
I really like scooters so i was very disappointed when i was in a hurry and got my coffee i later found out when i got to work... that it was lukewarm. What i ordered was a hot coffee with an extra shot and ended up with a lukewarm coffee that i had to throwaway. Didnt have time to go back and get a refund or a correction on my order. Waste kf money sadly. I go here quite often so imay have to find another place to go. Read more

Well, I ordered a PeanutButter Power with 3 shots just now. It was taking quite a long time, the guy told me it was due to... different ice? So they wanted to make sure it blended right?. After pulling away I take a sip and a damn staple came up thestraw and cut my tongue. Staple is in the pic on the lid after pulling it out of my mouth?? Mrs. Flip Out almost didn?t get coffee this morning but decided to stop at this new location of Scooter?s as it was going to be... a long day for us. She ordered her ?usual? plain latte and a pumpkin spice hot chocolate for me. When she got to the window, thebarista offered an additional free medium sized mocha and an order of donut holes. What a surprise! Mrs. Flip Out enjoyed thelatte and I enjoyed the hot chocolate. The donut holes were good and Mrs. Flip Out said the mocha was delicious. The service at this and most locations I?ve been at is always positive and very friendly. The treats for puppers is a great... surprise! But I paid almost 6 dollars for a soggy somehow extremely hot and cold maple waffle sandwich. The cheese wasn?tmelted, waffles soggy and falling apart but still very warm? Overpriced for what it is meal wise. Read more
