This 7-11 is new but always dirty, tea tastes old! Not sure why the employees are not taking better care of this new facility.
7-Eleven has always been known for unkept, dirty bathrooms. The newer stores do nothing to dispute that. With On Cue having... clean and sanitized bathrooms, I'd hoped 7-Eleven would step it up. Read more
The guy with the Afro that works overnight is absolutely rude, has no ambition to please or help customers that are just asking... simple questions. The bathrooms are terrible and the overall store could use a wipe down. I?m typing this at 1:30 in the morningthere was nobody besides the guy with the Afro inside the store and yet he still had time to catch in attitude and get mad whenI couldn?t hear him all while he was playing on his phone. There's a lot of comfort at this N.W. 23rd and Council store of employees right in front of the manager as well as a lot of... comfort from the manager. We come here 2-4 times a week evening and late afternoon on our delivery route. The employees rarelygreet or thank customers many times in front of the manage. The manager is not always in uniform. There are employees who canliterally barely pry themselves from personal entertainments such as devices or socializing to do customer service. Read more
I really like it! I got loaded nachos with extra queso and a 2 chicken taco plate and it was only $8 which is pretty cheap in my... opinion. I was a big fan of The Burrito Co and was super sad when it disappeared but good food speaks for itself so today I decided to... give the Laredo Taco a try. I wouldn't waste your money, seriously! I tried to eat it because I just paid a pretty penny for itbut I'm still starving because its gross and I'm not eating it. Never again! Customer service was good though, I will say that. Read more
