Been seeing your commercial many times offering Buy 1 footlong, get second one 50% off. On 9-6-'22 dropped in to one of your... stores (Reno & Council in Oklahoma City, Ok.) on way home from Dr's appointment. Asked if that offer was available. Was told itwas only available for "On line orders". I would have to go home, get on computer, go to web-site, place order, come back tostore to pick up my order. You just lost a customer. Staff was pleasantly Polite Helpful Friendly Respectful Younger Persons. Would have been a 5? but Essentially the"Pre-measured... serving sizes" were extremely small ?? I?m so sad that Subways around Bethany are closing at random times. The one on 39 and council is open more often but the others... are always closed. They still allow you to order online, so you pay and then drive to pick up and they?re closed. Please sellyour Mayo so we can leave you alone. Read more
I ordered food for my family online and when we arrived to pick it up they were closed which is funny because it said they were... open online. They sure took the money out of my account as soon as I ordered it. They have a broken system if it will allow youto order and take you money when no one is even working. Literally the worst subway sandwich I've ever had. The guy working there was weird, they were out of stuff, & the bread was way... overcooked before even getting it toasted. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other subway in the area Read more
