I love Subway. It's always been one one my favorite places to grab a quick delicious meal. But for some reason, at this... location, I feel like I'm being a burden to the man that makes my sandwiches. Not a good feeling. I always feel like he isimpatient. Perhaps he doesn't mean to come across that way, but just the same, i don't think i will go back to this location. Ialways feel like he's too busy in the back to serve me. Read more

Love how fresh and fast they are! Store is always clean and the drive thru option is great unless it's raining. Needs a cover... over the drive thru screen. Read more

I was unable to pickup my order due to car issues, and called before it even said on the app they were making it to cancel my... order due to not physically being able to get there. I?m not sure who is working, but the man was EXTREMELY rude and let me knowhe isn?t refunding me and hung up on me! 10/9/22 Updated 1star prior review Bishu offered exemplary customer service. This location must have either a new owner or a new... manager because I thoroughly appreciated being able to come back to my favorite Subway. Trusting soul that I am to try thislocation again, I was pleasantly surprised. Prior one star review from two years ago below: I frequently stop at this locationafter grocery shopping on my way home and have -in the past -had excellent service, until today. It was 11 AM on Saturday andthe store was completely empty as I waited at the counter for several minutes. When I was just about to call out ?is anyonehere? finally a gal named ?Cat? (with a black double nose ring) came out from the back. No greeting or apology for my havingto wait. She took my order for an Italian BMT which I asked to have grilled and as she began preparing it appeared to be prettyskimpy with the meat so I politely asked if she could add just one more piece of the thin ham on there and she told me NO unlessshe charged me extra. When I mentioned I was a frequent customer and always got the same sandwich but the meat prep this timeseemed less than usual, she rudely stated that she was preparing it as the manager had showed her and unless the manager toldher differently she wasn?t changing anything. I asked if they had a new manager and was told yes five or six months ago and Ithen asked if they had the same owners and she said yes. As my sandwich came out of the grill she laid it down by thecondiments and immediately walked over to serve a fellow who had JUST arrived and asked for his order while my sandwich was justsitting there waiting to be finished. When she did not have the bread that he wanted she asked him to wait a moment and shewould go in the back and get fresh bread for him -meanwhile I?m STILL standing there waiting for my sandwich to be completed soI can pay and leave. I am very disappointed in the service I was given by the male Hispanic Mngr. in the Drive Through Window...He just had... no professionalism whatsoever. Complete disrespectfulness and belittling to me as a customer of theirs. I would avoidthis Subway Storeon the 39th & Counsel Intersection if at all possible. 11:30am today, two employees trying their best to accommodate the dining room and the drive thru line. Dining room had 8 people... in line and two cars in the drive thru. Guy walking out with his food said it took him 20 minutes which is most of my lunchtime. Drive thru should be closed if you don?t have enough staff to adequately run the restaurant. Read more
