???? I took a short, hot bike ride for a smoothie bowl and ice cream shop that my cousin found a mile away. Ba Roos had a... WONDERFUL selection of vegan smoothies, bowls, breakfast and coffee, and I had a pitaya bowl, almond milk latte, and vegan icecream to go. The ice cream was rich, flavorful and pretty much perfect.
