???? I took a short, hot bike ride for a smoothie bowl and ice cream shop that my cousin found a mile away. Ba Roos had a... WONDERFUL selection of vegan smoothies, bowls, breakfast and coffee, and I had a pitaya bowl, almond milk latte, and vegan icecream to go. The ice cream was rich, flavorful and pretty much perfect. Hi Matt, my family has been staying in Bethany for over 10 years and we have come to Ba Roos as long as long as you?ve been... open. We?ve always had good experiences until this evening. I asked for peanut butter topping on my ice cream and unfortunatelyit was a slab of peanut butter on top of the ice cream. It didn?t taste great. I brought it back to the counter and asked foranother ice. Unfortunately, the girl that handled my order was extremely rude. She took reluctantly took back the ice and gaveme a new one and charged me for the new one. I asked for my money back because I didn?t agree with the policy of paying twicefor a product that was unsatisfactory. In speaking with the employee in charge she tried to handle the situation as best shecould. Unfortunately, the other staff continued to discuss the situation while the rest of my family ate the ice cream. We allfelt very uncomfortable. One employee was making faces and rolling her eyes and complaining for over 15 minutes. As a highschool teacher, I know how difficult it can be for teenagers to hold down jobs and meet the expected demands of these positions.Because we have been coming there for a long time I know this is not the values you until in your employees and I hope this wasan isolated incident. I have been going to Ba Roos since it opened and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always smiling. Since the ice... cream is so delcious there is usually a line and they still always are cheerful, kind, and work so diligently. I woulddefinitely stop here for ice cream when you are in Bethany. Also the banana ice cream>>> is amazing?? Thanks Ba Roos for beingamazing and treating my ice cream addiction. Read more

I don?t know who made my açaí bowl this morning, but whoever did needs a raise. They put their entire heart and soul into my... bowl. It had the perfect nutella and granola ratio, and I got the sunset bowel which doesn?t have blueberries, but there were afew hidden surprises in there. Ily???? Read more
