One star is too much? Jessica B.( because she didn?t want to spell her last name ) should not be a manager at this store ! She s... way too rude to be a manager !! She should not treat customers Iike she treated us !!! We love Wawa and we have never had anexperience as bad as this one?ever before ! There?s always a great customer service and actually never had any issues. We hadto walk out without our order after 20 min of waiting ! Ordered an iced caffe latte and after 15 min we asked how much longer its gonna take because we already waited so long , the employee said she s making it right now. We said ok. The manager comes ,says nothing , after other couple min we asked again because we got so frustrated and she said the espresso machine is notworking and got all rude with us ! Only after we asked again how much more is gonna take she told us the machine is notworking !!! And our older parents were waiting for us in the car all This time !!!!!! That s insane .. they should?ve told usthat since the beginning and we would?ve order something else and nothing like this would?ve happen ! But they didn?t !! That?spoor customer service for a company like Wawa ! The sadest thing is that we just bought a house in ocean view , and we were sohappy to have an Wawa close to us ..I don?t know if we?re ever gonna go back at that store ! Read more
Wawa is such a great establishment. Coming from the Midwest I really enjoy having Wawa when ever I am in town or on the east... coast. Every sub I get here is always fantastic, and the secret to me is they make their subs really simple which makes themtaste really good. Not to many toppings that remove the simple flavors. Read more
I got very very sick, Food poisoning, I ordered a chicken cheesesteak. I think the chicken was either old or undercooked. The... store wasn?t very well stocked, lot of empty shelves and inventory totes out throughout the store. I think they were forced toserve what they had available. This Wawa doesn?t have a gas station, but still manages to be extremely busy. The food was good, as always. The thing that made... this review lose a Star was the lack of service. Employees were fine, but there were only three of them in the store at anextremely busy time and the food took a while to come out. Read more
