I have been going to this 711 for years and I have always had amazing customer service at this spastic location. Recently they... hired some.young teenagers to work at night and they are very rude and treated me as if I was some sort of person who couldn'tpossibly afford all of the items that I put onto the counter which is absolutely ridiculous and once I put everything onto thecounter and he was almost finished with ringing up the things I had told me not to take anything.of the counter or open my foodbecause he had not opened the register and was counting the money my boyfriend handed him then proceeded to check every 50$ billwith the marker like they were counter fit ,it was ridiculous Read more
Excellent customer service, very clean and well stocked store.
Grand opening at 291 Danbury Rd in New Milford. $2.49 gallon gas and free coffee. Lots of other goodies. Sonic attached to it.... Nice setup of store. Clean and shiny. Will go again. Read more
My mother was getting a slippery for me and one of the employee Bang into her and shattered Her hip, we have to have met come... and take her away. Now she afraid to go into the store. I thought this store was 24 hour..over the last few months anytime you go after 1 am you take your chances if they are open. ... Was there tonight at 1:15 and the doors were locked, called and called until 2 am and no answer. The service here is going waydown. If i could give a half star or no star i would. Read more
Sales floor help was very good. Unfortunately the cashier that was waiting on the person standing next to me was rude and... condisending towards my self and my spouse. There were three of us there. My cashier was handeling the lotto custmers. Theother cashier was rushing us out of our spot while I was waiting on my tickets to be handed to me. So his customer could berushed along. I feel sorry for the manager having such rude staff. Read more
