Ordered pan pizza for delivery tonight did not receive a pan pizza. The pizza was inches thick of dough. Tried to call to fix... issue they picked up the phone and left it on the counter for over ten minutes and never intended to pick it back up. I heardother complaints and employees getting yelled at. This is actually the worst dominos to exist. I ordered wings here twice and both times were awful.Both times I ordered buffalo... wings and one time there was no sauce on them at all, entirely plain, and this time there was only a hint of buffalo sauce onthe wings and they were undercooked! They deserve negative stars. Ordered through online for the babysitter and kids. Was not even anywhere near home. About 45... minutes went by and I opened the app to check on the order. It was at ?prep? still. I placed the order at 5:49. I was thinkingmaybe they were busy or the app wasn?t working right. I placed my first call at 7:00. Waited on hold for 49 minutes beforefinally giving up. At that point it?s been nearly 2 hours since placing the order. Can?t cancel the order through the app.Can?t. get ahold of someone and no pizza. I tried to call another local location for advise and they told me to screw off andhung up on me. Filled out the online form to get a reach out from customer care and then to call one more time. That was at8:04. At 9:19 I got a notification that the order was in the oven! I tried to call again to cancel, again sat on hold 30 moreminutes until the delivery driver call to ask if I still wanted my order at 9:47? 4 hours later. I understand it?s not thepeople who are actually workings fault because they?re trying but they have no employees and no support. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more

The app told me that it was ready. Walked there and it wasn't, no big deal. Ran out of the sauce for my wings, no big deal. I... asked for a bag bc I was walking home and I was handed a bag then the kid sat down to talk to his friend. No leadership ormanagement here. Won't be back Read more

Placed an order for delivery, was told it would arrive within half an hour. Over an hour later, my pizzas are not here, and I'm... told they're unsure of when my pizzas will arrive. I understand a holiday rush, and a lack of workers on a holiday, but there'sa limit on everyone's patience. By the time my pizza arrives, if it ever does, it will more than likely have gone cold. This is apparently an ?ultimate pepperoni??. In reality it is an ultimate waste of my money, which I will not eat. Remarkably,... this is the SECOND time in which I?ve had identical issue. I placed an order for a $15.99 pizza, to be paid with cash. Ofcourse after the outrageous fees and the tip for driver that somehow never has singles, I paid $30 for this box of raw garbage. Parts are actually missing. the crust is raw and the cheese seems to have just begun melting when they literally threw it in thebox and sent it on it?s way. This time I called to say something and reached the most disinterested manager to tell me he?sgoing to re-make it as I could literally hear his eyes rolling. I?m not sure why its so difficult to simply receive somethingclose to what one would expect and not pay double for an unfinished box of sadness. These people don?t care, that?s obviousfrom all the similar complaints posted. The real issue is why it seems to be acceptable to Dominos.. Read more

My experience from this Domino's location was very foul and appalling. The conversation I had on the phone with another employee... was polite until the call was transferred over to DIEGO. DIEGO was immediately disrespectful. His tone of voice and habit ofcutting me off while explaining that my order was incorrect left a sour taste in my mouth. The fact that he was telling me thatI was wrong as I was explaining that MY order was incorrect, AND that there was an extra ingredient on the pizza that my friendis ALLERGIC to was absolutely INSANE. As I continue trying to explain the situation to him HE ENDS THE CALL. That was extemelydisrespectful, and I do not intend on ordering from this location ever again. Read more
