We came to this local restaurant on a Friday night for a table of 2. We were promptly tucked away in a corner booth. To our... pleasant surprise we were greeted with live music. The ambience made for a great date night. Skip the mocktails. Taste likejungle juice. Food: Rice cracker tuna. - sauce and tuna made a electable combo. Not a huge fishy taste. The sear on the edgesweren't as sharp as I expected. Overall a great dish Rhole Island Calamari - this is freaking solid. Perfect crunch on calamariwithout any tentacle pieces. Chili sauce not too spicy with a hint of sweetness. The watermelon cools off the bite after. Wewould consider coming back for this dish alone. Street noodles What can I say. These street noodles are confused. Am I a soupor a curry? Almost as confusing as a Thai dish in an American style restaurant it's lost and looking for it's home restaurant.-.5 star Faroe roasted Salmon Cooked to perfection. Light sear on outside and tender on the inside. A light sauce paired withthe rice made a perfect healthy pairing. Bread pudding Am in in heaven? This is a hidden gem. Have been to Edison Kitchen several times and am impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and vibe, exceptional, attentive, and... friendly service and the most delicious food around. The tuna, salmon, muscles and salads are my family's favorites but we lovethe steaks, fresh oyster bar, burgers and specials. It is so well run and they go above and beyond to make sure everyone has agreat experience. They care about their customers and it shows in every detail from the moment you walk in the door to when youleave. Each time I leave, I feel I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend. Read more
