Extremely rude lady behind the counter at 5:00 p.m. on March 19th friday. I ordered a sub online and it didn't ask me what time... I wanted it ready so apparently it was ready at 10:30 in the morning which I did not know that fact. So when I go in to pick upmy order she said there's no order for you and I said yes there is I have proof and then she had an attitude and she said you'regoing to wait 10 minutes not explaining why. Then she said it's over there sitting there. when you change the time of your orderyou need to call us. And again I had to explain that I didn't change any order I didn't even know there was an order time. shewas extremely rude and I will never go there again. It's somewhat difficult this days to really and fairly evaluate those who tend to clients. In my profession face expressions... save a thousand words, but the masks are an issue, but it is an important one. Other than that, a sandwich is a sandwich, is asandwich, etc. I am a seat down real food fanatic. So subway is a you have not much of a choice. Read more
Just ordered online they did not follow instructions sandwiches not toasted and missing my jalepenos.
Horrible experience!! Customer service poor. Asked to use a coupon they first said yes. Then they only discounted $2 off. The... coupon was for $11.99 for two 6?subs which I ordered with two fountain drinks and chips which is what I ordered. Lady at thecounter had no idea what she was doing. She said coupon not in the system eventhough she told me it was and that I could use itbefore I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous Don?t say you are going to do something then don?t do it. And then the cashier tried totake my coupon and keep it even though it wasn?t applied and I told her no and I took it back. Read more
What can I say...it's Subway. Brisckt sandwich was not all that great. Very tough meat with lots of grisle.

Hardley any meat in sandwich, bread was hard, chicken parmesan pieces, no breading. Not too friendly. Will not go their again
