Terrible Service. Waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes to be told no food or doughnuts, only drinks. Car in front received... food and car behind did as well. Even after asking since the line was shorter they said no. Beyond unacceptable. Will never comehere again. Read more
This location is extremely slow..sitting in the drive through line for over 10 min and still not at the window..only 3 cars in... front of us and haven't moved. At 330pm in the afternoon this is ridiculous.. if someone's order is taking that long have themfreaking pull aside so you can get the general coffee orders done..cars are leaving and you are losing business.. Everytime I go to the Bethel Dunkin they are out of things. Last time they didn't have any of the bread to make breakfast... sandwiches. Like no croissants, english muffins, bagles, anything. Today they were out of both eggs and cheese. When they doactually have food to serve the line is the slowest moving Dunkin line in maybe the universe. If you are in Bethel, go literallyanywhere else. If you are looking for the slowest, most agonizing, morning experience you definitely want to try this place. 37 minutes in... drive thru or 25 minutes waiting inside. Always a delay and never have adequate supplies of donuts. Today they are out ofeverything pumpkin. At 8:25am. Line to the road. Line out the door. This is the worst Dunkin by 100 miles. They slap food together with one hand and tons of hate. Their equipment is always... broken(blender mainly for any frozen drink) they are constantly out of "coffee mix" (umm.. mix? Just use coffee) and they neverhave their ratios right. You can order the same thing 5 times and you will get 5 different drinks. Trust me, take the drive overto NH or grab your coffee before you get to Bethel. Do whatever you can to NOT GO to this dunkin. Start your day right, not withthis dunkin. Read more
One of the busiest shop in the morning and evening hours. We had gone to this shop few times.. Staffs were very polite. Covering... both in store and drive thru.. In the morning there was a long queue on the drive thru.. Staffs were very pro-active, monitoredthe drive thru crowd, gone to each vehicle and taken the orders. This was beyond the expectation.. Consistently the worst Dunkin you?ll ever visit. They will make your order wrong 9 times out of 10. If you order food it makes... them angry and it comes out cold. You?re better off just foraging in the woods. Read more
