Have ordered from this location a few times and have it delivered with no problem. Tried to do a online order thru the app... 9-9-2022. Was called a hour before it was delivered and was told that supposedly we was outside the delivery area. Which iswierd cause we have had pizza delivered before very disappointed. 10/08/21 visit. Ordered on a 3 topping for 7.99 coupon. Sausage, black olives and banana peppers. And well done, normal... cheese. (Picture of whole pizza) It had a passable amount of sausage but the total pieces of black olive was as near as I couldcount, 12. And as few banana peppers an they could get by with. Also just a hint of cheese. And if that wasn't bad enough,the crust wasn't done inside but burnt on the edges. This was by far the worst pizza I've ever bought. Anywhere. I ended uppicking what toppings there were off and eating them but pitched the rest of it. This was my absolute last visit to thisDominos. Papa John's is my next try. This doesn't take anything away from the excellent pizza (The first picture. Pizza withsome pieces missing ) I got a few weeks ago that a worker named Tyler made. The only reason I'm giving three stars is we love Domino's food. We had been going the Withamsville store for over a year (shout... out Nicholas you rock) and had one bad pizza in that time ordering just about once a week. We moved to Bethel a couple monthsago and since have cut back, electing for frozen pizza. If we've ordered ten times since moving, nine times its been bad. Thelast time we ordered, it took 25 minutes for them to get from the store on 125 to our house five blocks away (quite literally atwo minute drive) the pizza was cold, none of our parm/pepper packets/sauces cups that i paid for are there, and it looked as ifthe whole order had been dropped. Last night we chose carry out. Took fifty minutes after ordering for two pizzas and cheesybread. Shrug it off its dinner time they're busy. My mom goes to pick it up said there was two employee's standing around doingnothing, they aren't busy. My mom had to remind them to include things I paid extra for. She gets it home, I get it open; onceagain the entire order is so slopply thrown together it looks like it was dropped. None of the topping are spread out. I haveone piece with 15 pieces of pinnapple and one piece of ham and another with five pieces of ham, sauce spilling over the side, nocheese on it and one pinnapple. The other pizza is EXTRA cheese and pepperoni and laughably clearly has LESS cheese on it thanthe other. Both were covered in air bubbles and looked like my three year old cut them with his saftey scissors. Then we get tomy BACON JALAPENO CHEESEY bread that had ABSOLUTELY no cheese inside, three jalapenos and 5 bacon bits spread out inside it witha handful of cheese on top. Thank you guys so much for all your help on my order tonight. I had a credit order from a previous pizza that they had made... wrong. Which was fine, mistakes happen. Not only did they make the order correctly, but he even modified my order to give me thecorrect price that didn't show online. Special shout out to Jacob. He is a great manager and I he made everything so mucheasier. I would highly recommend this Domino's! I will be returning soon! Read more
