So we was missing our hoagies and our cheeseburger, looked like the delivery guy did a jazz number on it before he delivered it.... However, they did make it right and was apologetic. 4 stars just bc when you have it delivered the lure in that is I don't haveto go out. Good food we ate inside tables were a little dirty.
Been ordering from here for 30 years and then got told they no longer deliver to my house and got my number blocked so I can't... even order for pickup. This is disregarding the dramatic decline in quality over the last 4 years, 3 out of 4 times it wouldntbe good anyway but kept on trying out of nostalgia. Read more
Terrible service from inside staff. I ordered a mushroom hoagie and a ham and cheese hoagie and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks.... What we got was a mushrooms hoagie and a steak hoagie with mushrooms sauce scrapped off of it. An order of mozzarella sticks anan order of fries with no marinara. We called back to complain and they read back my order as it was first said. They remaid hamand cheese hoagie and 1 order of mozzarella sticks. An hour later my wife is still hungry. Read more
We were visiting the area and decided to try this establishment for dinner. Upon calling in our order we were rushed to speak,... talked to rudely, and told they charge for any sauce (even if you order wings) and it does not come with the meal. I assumed itsSaturday, they are busy as long as my food is ready on time and order right no worries. We arrive and they are even more hostilein person when all we wanted to do was check our order. We leave and drive 15 minutes and they call to state one of our pizzaswas still there. We didnt catch that because we were just trying to leave when we got there originally because the vibe was off.We drove all they way back and an older lady who looked to say the least very worn out said " you get my message?" I said yesand asked if she minded giving an extra hot sauce due to us having to come back. She gave a nasty look.She said "only for 50cents". This has become the quality of Bethel grammas. We spent over 50 dollars and they actually packaged this. This happens more times... than not. Either the pizzaa or the sandwiches are burned. What is going on. Read more
You knows how you just a taste for something then when you get it, it's nothing like what you thought it would be well in happy... to say I was craving a steak hoagie and when I tasted it Yahoo it was just like I wanted.
