If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. I have never seen such a poor excuse of customer service and unorganization in my... entire life. They will get orders wrong all the time and when you call the managers say they are writing your name down with thecorrect item and when you go back to get it, they will argue with you saying your name isn't in the book and refuse to give youthe correct items. Unbelievable! Staff in this restaurant are are verbally combative with customers, I have never seen suchbehavior in my life. This is a sad excuse for a restaurant. Constantly dirty, obnoxious beeping coming from the kitchen, no workers at register for... at least five minutes every time I come here. Never get my order right. Ordering on the app I'm told the app is down in my area. Fries are always soggy and cold. Burgers... always burnt. Visit once a week and always hopful it will be a better experience:( Read more
I will personally never eat McDonald's again. Other places have kids meals for my kids and can get it right at least most of the... time. The last 5 times I've been to McDonald's they have been rude and got the order wrong. Today my son's happy meal wasmissing his fries and my chicken sandwich looked like this. McDonald's used to be great, now it's full of very ruse, careless,and disrespectful people who want to get ride with you for bring in your wrong order cause you paid for it and want it correctedlike you're the problem. I'm not the kind of person to get mad and make a big deal about things just give me what I paid for.But these people should get away with being unprofessional, rolling their eyes, dirty looks ect when they messed up.. no oncorrects them.. where's the management? Pretty average for McDonald?s. The fish sandwiches or not put together correctly on the buns. Fries were hot, a good average... meal little bit messier than normal but tolerable. Read more

We ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese meals, got home and took a bite and it was absolutely raw in the middle. We broke the... other in half to check it and it was raw as well. The photos are of the 2 different burgers. These were not simply rare, theywere 100% raw. This McDonald's seems to consistently have issues. This will be the last time I go to this location. Im hoping I dont end up sick from that one bite I took ???? I dont typically leave bad reviews but this needed to be said and training atthis location definitely needs addressed. Read more
This is one of the better locations. I've been to a lot of locations that always have something that makes your experience less... than enjoyable, but this location isn't like that. They even have a working ice cream machine! Read more
